I especially love the Nepalese rice pudding and red date teas! I got this package for postpartum confinement after my second baby and it made the TCM aspect of it so much more manageable! Super convenient since I don’t have to worry about how much of which herb to put for each soup since it’s all pre-blended by Elan. Highly recommend especially if you don’t have your family to help take care of you postpartum!

On receiving my pack I was sooo excited with the different choices and how nourishing and tasty everything sounded! As I’ve made each meal using my packs, not only are they delicious, easy to make but make you feel so good!! Highly recommend gifting this or buying for yourself to make meal times stress free!!

Discovered this banana bread in my first pregnancy, and was happy to have it more when I had my second one too! The whole family loves it, so easy to make, anf it is so delicious!! Glad to have brand like this who is so mama supportive.

Personally I never enjoyed baking or did well at it, but I received this banana bread dry mix in my Elan 28 day postpartum pack and decided to give it a try after realising I already had the ingredients at home. It was surprisingly easy to make but I thought for sure I’d find a way to mess it up as I usually do with baking. Nope, it came out beautifully cooked, a little crunchy on the outside but the inside was moist. It tasted amazing and didn’t last long before it was all gone. I still can’t believe I was able to bake something so delicious. I’ve just ordered more and am waiting for them to arrive. Thank you so much!

Opening this box was so emotional for me! Likely half pregnancy hormones, but also pure gratitude that this business has been created. I felt so grateful that my postpartum self will be so nourished and looked after beacuse of the ease of Elan House of Wellness.
