Chrysanthemum Tea

This tea will help you relax and unwind.

Chrysanthemum flowers.

Approximately 5 serves. 

Limit consumption if you're lacking in energy, cold hands or feet.

The nature of this tea is cooling, limit to consuming maximum 2 cups a day.

Preparation and Cooking Instructions

  1. Place one teaspoon of the tea into an infuser or tea pot and add a cup of freshly boiled water. 
  2. Brew for approximately 5-10 minutes before straining and drinking. 
  3. Add rock sugar, goji berries and/or honey to your desired sweetness.
  4. Enjoy and sip on throughout the day.
