Indulge in our hydrating snow fungus dessert blend, known as 'Zi Yin Run Fei Yin'er Geng.' This delightful blend includes snow fungus, or tremella mushroom, which is highly regarded in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) food therapy.

Snow fungus is traditionally believed to support lung health and is associated with nourishing the skin due to its potential antioxidant properties. While it is commonly used in Asian cuisines and appreciated for its hydrating benefits, it's important to note that individual results may vary.

Our blend also incorporates yin and blood-nourishing herbs, making it a restorative option, particularly during the postpartum period. It is intended to provide gentle nourishment and support the body's healing process.

We recommend incorporating this blend into a well-rounded diet to support your overall well-being. As always, it's advisable to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice regarding postpartum care and dietary choices.

It's delicious hot and cold!

I've been eating it every day lately, perfect for the recent change of season, and the lotus seed formula has been added to avoid internal heat, which I also love.

A year round nourishing dessert

I love how easy it is to make, and how delicious it is. Full of flavour, but light and easily digestible after a main meal too. I’ve enjoyed this both warm and chilled, and love it both ways- perfect in any weather!
