Postpartum Recipe | Fried Rice with Egg and Ginger

N O U R I S H • Save this recipe for later mamas! We absolutely love this delicious Fried Rice with Egg and Ginger recipe.


  • 200g cooked rice
  • 80g old shredded ginger
  • 2 eggs, beaten lightly
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 pinch of salt and some soy sauce


1. Over a low fire in a saucepan, heat up sesame oil and fry the ginger until fragrant. The ginger will turn slightly golden.

2. Slowly add in the eggs and stir fry until fully cooked

3. Add a bowl of rice and a pinch of salt to season the ginger and egg. Stir-fry over high heat till fragrant. Add the soy sauce right before serving and mix to thoroughly blend all ingredients.
