Ground turmeric, ground ginger, black pepper, cinnamon
Ingredients (You will need)
Milk of your choice, maple syrup
Preparation and Cooking Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a small sauce pan.
- Warm over a gentle heat and bring to a light simmer, not boiling. Once simmered, remove from heat.
- If serving immediately, pour into your favourite mug and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- If storing, strain the milk using a sieve and pour into a storage container and allow it to cool down before chilling in the fridge.
- To consume, warm up the milk and serve as per step 3.
