This might require a much bigger post as there is so much to unpack but recently I have been working with Alicia of Holistic Pregnancy Coach. I can't advocate more than for women to empower themselves with knowledge, whether it be around pregnancy, birth or postpartum care. Alicia has so much to offer as her knowledge is balanced between science, experience and holistic care. Entertain
The Affair
The earlier seasons of 'The Affair' are probably my favourite, but what I love about this show is the depiction of the same situation through the eyes of different characters. It really shows that everyone's "truth" can be theirs alone and make you question what really are the facts. It also explores the dynamics of relationships, from loss, family and infidelity.
