PHYSCICAL SYMPTOMS
Vaginal soreness
After delivery, you might experience vaginal soreness, which can be due to vaginal tears or episiotomy. To manage this symptom, you can use a cold pack or a warm compress to the affected area. Additionally, you can take pain medication as prescribed by your doctor.
Hemorrhoids
Constipation
Breast engorgement
Breast engorgement is a condition where your breasts become swollen and painful due to an increase in milk production. To manage this symptom, you can breastfeed frequently, use a warm compress or take a warm shower before breastfeeding, and use a breast pump to express milk.
Urinary incontinence
Urinary incontinence is a condition where you experience involuntary urine leakage. This can be caused by weakened pelvic muscles during pregnancy and delivery. To manage this symptom, you can perform Kegel exercises to strengthen your pelvic muscles, wear absorbent pads, and avoid caffeine and alcohol.
Perineal Pain
Perineal pain is a common postpartum symptom that can be caused by vaginal tears or episiotomy. To manage this symptom, you can use a cold pack or a warm compress to the affected area, take pain medication as prescribed by your doctor, and practice good hygiene.
Blood Stagnation
