This classic reinvigorating red dates tea 红枣补血茶 (Hóngzǎo bǔ xuè chá) blend is deliciously infused with rich antioxidants to boost your health and wellbeing.

Designed to warm your body from within, strengthen your spleen and digestive system, enrich blood, beautify skin, nourish your liver and kidney, all the while balancing mood. No wonder this natural remedy has been hailed by our ancestors as a go-to, all-rounder Qi booster.

Indications

Fatigue, postpartum, post-surgery, after mensus, cold hands and feet, pickup me after a long day, anaemia

Consume in moderation if you feel ‘heaty’. Common 'heaty' symptoms include sore throat, dry, bitter mouth, headaches. Check with your TCM practitioner to determine your body constitution. Not suitable during a fever. 

Recommended to be consumed from second trimester of pregnancy and after 5 days postpartum.

RED DATES (Hong Zao) - strengthens Qi energy & spleen, nourishes the blood & calms the spirit

BLACK DATES (Hei Zao) - strengthens the spleen and stomach, nourishes blood 

LONGAN (Gui Yuan Rou) - nourishes the heart, blood & spleen, calms the spirit

GOJI BERRIES (Gou Zi Qi) - strengthens the kidney & nourishes the liver, boosts eye health

CODONOPSIS (Dang Shen) - strengthen the spleen & stomach, replenishes Qi energy

ASTRAGALUS ROOT (Bei Qi) - strengthens Qi energy & spleen, powerful immunity booster

Recipe

Herbal flavour strength: moderate

Enjoy this warm, soothing tea throughout the day. This blend will give you 1.5L - 2L depending on your preferred concentration. 

Just add ginger and water all into a pot and let the aroma fill your house with comfort.
