Where does Elan ship to? 

Elan is based in Naarm Melbourne, Australia and ships to families around the world. International and remote areas may incur longer delivery times.

How much is shipping?

Shipping charges are calculated within the shopping cart. Simply add a product to your shopping cart and select your destination. Your shipping price and approximate delivery time frame will be displayed.

When will my order be shipped? 

In-stock products that are purchased on weekdays before 5pm (excluding Friday's and public holidays) will be dispatched within 2 working days. A tracking number that will be shared with you via email. If you haven’t received an email, kindly reach out to our team at info@elan.house.

My parcel arrived and it is not in great condition. What should I do?

Before our products are shipped each item is carefully inspected and packaged so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. All parcels are shipped via Shippit or Australia Post to ensure that your purchase is delivered as quickly and as safely as possible.

Are Elan products tested on animals?

All our products are made in Australia and not tested on animals. We ensure our products are not harmful to you or the environment.

What is the shelf life of Elan Retail Products? 

All of our retail products have a shelf life of 6 months after being opened.

Is your packaging recyclable? 

Our delivery packages are 100% recyclable.
