Postpartum Golden milk


Ingredients (Provided) 

Ground tumeric, ground ginger, black pepper, cinnamon

Ingredients (You will need) 

Milk of your choice, maple syrup

Preparation and Cooking Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a small sauce pan. 
  2. Warm over a gentle heat and bring to a light simmer, not boiling. Once simmered, remove from heat.
  3. If serving immediately, pour into your favourite mug and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon. 
  4. If storing, strain the milk using a sieve and pour into a storage container and allow it to cool down before chilling in the fridge. 
  5. To consume, warm up the milk and serve as per step 3.
